It’s official! We are now in February! I know it’s easy to let those goals you set for yourself in late December go to the back of your mind, but I want to encourage you to keep up the chase. We will never be 100% satisfied with our progress, with every new goal accomplished comes another five that need conquering. Whatever it is that you want to achieve, I promise that if you put in the work, it will happen. And last but not least, always remember that what we practice in the gym is absolutely applicable to life out of the box. The pursuit of excellence should be something you strive for in all areas of your life, not just fitness. Push yourself to be the best dad, mom, spouse, friend, co-worker, etc. Stay lifted everyone!
