If you break during the touch-n-go power cleans, you must restart your set. And to motivate proper form, each time you don’t stop at the hip before returning the bar to the ground 30 seconds of work is added onto your first AMRAP. Let’s start dialing in our technique!

  1. Actually did 3 DOUBLE UNDERS during pre warm-up time!
    NOT TO MENTION… Hit a PR yesterday ran my first mile EVER without stopping! 12:29… SO PROUD!
    Huge improvement since AUGUST at Crossfit Lifted!
