Thank you to everyone who came out to the Chino PD Run For Russ event. We had a huge showing and it was truly a pleasure to see so many of our athletes representing for a good cause. 
Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes (7 sets)
2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Snatch @75%
(If you don’t have a max, base this off last week’s tested 1RM Power Snatch)
14 Minute AMRAP
50 Ground to Overhead
40 Thrusters
30 Overhead Lunges
20 Sit-Ups
10 Jumping Squats
Perform all movements with a 45/25# Plate.
