Attention everyone competing in the open. The 2015 season kicks off this Thursday with the announcement of the first workout at 5pm. We will program the workouts every Friday and you will have to be judged during each workout. You will have until each Monday to submit a score. There are no guidelines as to how many times you can attempt the workouts, but you can only submit one score. The best plan of action for anyone competing is to take a rest day on Thursday and then perform the workout on Friday. This will allow for your body to be recovered and your mind to be prepared to give 100%. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to anyone on the coaching staff.
