Then group mobility…
3 minutes to complete

10 Overhead Squats 95/65#
10 C2B Pull-Ups
*If you complete two rounds in the 3 minutes, you will rest until the start of the next 3 minutes and attempt the two rounds in the cap again.* *Rounds increase by 2 reps…10,10…12,12…14,14…16,16…etc*
