Every minute on the minute perform:
3 Power Cleans 135/95#
3 Front Squats 135/95#
3 Push Jerks 135/95#
If you do not make it to 5 rounds, scale the weight back 10# and finish your 5th round. If you make it to 10 Rounds then starting at the 11th round the reps will go up by 1. (11th Round = 4,4,4 and 12th Round = 5,5,5 etc) 
4x200m sprints
