Option A:

Backsquat

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets):

6 at 65%

6 at 75%

4 at 80%

2 at 85%

2 at 90%

3-5 at 85%

 

Option B:

Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):

100m sprint

15 jumping squats

 

WOD:

8 rounds for time:

15 ball slams (20/14)

10 deadlifts (95/65)

5 roll the candlestick (if unable to perform, 10 abmat situps)

rest exactly 30 seconds at the end of each round
