1 mile run

22 squat cleans (135/95)(155/115)

rest 5 minutes then:

“Athletes Choice”

10 min AMRAP of either “Cindy” or “Mary”


Cindy: 5 pull-ups 10 push-ups 15 air squats


Mary: 5 HSPU 10 pistols 15 pull-ups
