New stickers coming for the ladies ^^

Option A:

Every 90 seconds for 12 min (8 sets):

Option B:

Every 90 seconds for 12 min:

10 HR Pushups

14 jumping lunges



For time:

400m run

21 thrusters (95/65)

600m run

15 thrusters

800m run

9 thrusters



Still looking for more participants for the “Run for Russ” on February 7th. It is a 5k run/walk memorial for a great cause. It only costs 15 dollars and you get a t-shirt and a pancake breakfast. They are practically paying you to participate. Lets get a big number out there and show our support!!
