Keep going strong guys. Motivate eachother. Don’t leave anyone behind. If someone is still working, don’t let them feel alone. Stay competitive, but don’t forget that your job isn’t done when you finish the WOD first, it’s only done when you stop encouraging the person finishing last.

  1. That was a great workout! 115# press 70 dumbbell snatches at 45# WOD 4:30 T2B PLANKS. Antibiotics almost all out of me…feeling 85%ish. GOOD JOB 5:15 CLASS and everybody else. I’M YELLING!!!
