Strength: Back Squat
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes
5 @60%
5 @70%
3 @80%
2 @85%
2 @90%
10 @70%
 
WOD:
15 minute EMOM
#1 – 30 Double Unders + 3 Pull-ups
#2 – 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20″
#3 – 12 Push Press 95/65#
 
For this workout and this workout ONLY, singles will be 1 for 1. You may also scale to 30 seconds double under practice + 3 Pullups. If you need to modify the rep scheme..note your modifications.
