WOD:
400m Run
21 Strict Press 75/45# (ADV. 95/65#)
400m Run
15 Strict Press 95/65# (ADV. 115/75#)
400m Run
9 Strict Press 115/75# (ADV. 135/95#)
 
Scale the weight accordingly if you cannot complete this wod RX. Example: 15#, 25#, 35# or 65#, 75#, 85#. Everyone is on a different level, remember that CrossFit is about you vs. you, not you vs. everyone else. Be the best version of you and strive to challenge yourself.
