WOD – 10-16-14 Thursday

10 minutes to establish a max weight 20 second plank hold (work in partners using plates. Partners will add and remove weight. Clock starts once your weight is completely loaded onto your back.

 

WOD:

Ascending ladder (15 minutes):

2 Toes to bar

2 goblet squats (53/35)

4, 4    6, 6 etc.

 

Get as high on the ladder as possible.

 

I know it’s been a tough week. I promise you all it is not without reason, and you will reap the benefit. Stick with the program you’re all doing great!
