Skill: Snatch
Every Minute for 8 minutes perform:
Hang Snatch + Snatch + Overhead Squat 
*Reset between hang snatch and snatch*
 
Choose load based on feel but the importance is on technique, not load. 
 
 
WOD:
5 Minute AMRAP
10 Front Rack Reverse Lunges 135/95#
20 HSPU
*Rest 4 Minutes*
