For time:

800m run

20 weighted sit ups (53/35)

20 ball slams (20/14)

400m run

20 weighted sit-ups (53/35)

20 ball slams (20/14)

800m run

 

Cashout: 10-15 minutes of SERIOUS hip stretching/calf stretches (mash with a bar, lacrosse ball, pigeon stretches etc). Ask your coach for stretching advice if you have questions but the stretching is NOT optional today. The coach will set the clock and you WILL stretch the ENTIRE time. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.
