5 min EMOM  front squat x2 reps at 77-80%

immediately into 5 min EMOM front squats x2 at 82-85%

 

7 min AMRAP:

10 unbroken* KB swings (53/35)

100m run

rest 3 minutes

3 rounds for time:

20 KB Swings (53/35)

3 burpees

200m run

 

*The KB Swings in part 1 MUST be performed unbroken or there is an immediate 3 burpee penalty.
