Odds: 50 double unders

Evens: 5 push jerks (95/65)

(if you do not have double unders down, work on them for 30 seconds of the minute)

(for the jerks, use a weight light enough to focus on form and technique)

 

5 minute AMRAP:

24 front rack lunges (75/55)

12 shoulder to overhead (75/55)

2 min rest

3 min AMRAP:

24 shoulder to overhead

12 front rack lunges

rest 2 minutes

5 min AMRAP:

24 front rack lunges

24 shoulder to overhead
