Strength:
15 Minutes to establish a 5RM Deadlift
 
 
WOD:
Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets)
400m Run
10 Box Jump Overs 24/20″
1 Deadlift 
 
If you know that you cannot finish a 400m run along with the work in the given 4 minutes, scale the run accordingly to your ability. Your total score is the sum of your heaviest successful lift performed within each of the 4 minute increments. You may take multiple attempts within the 4 minute increment, but only the heaviest successful attempt will count. (e.g. 300-300-300-315-315 = 1530 total)
