Buy-in: 34 burpees as a class. Happy Birthday Maya!

 

Strength:

Take 5-7 minutes to build to 75% of your 1RM power clean, then every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets):

5 power cleans at 75%

 

WOD:

12 min AMRAP:

10 one-armed Russian KB Swings (53/35- beginners use two hands, but go completely overhead)

10 wallballs (20/14)

10 deadlifts (135/95)

 

 

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

Several of our competitors will be competing at NLI Final Series this Saturday at Cerritos College (10-11-14, legendarycompetitor.com), and Ruben will be competing on Sunday (10-12-14) (see attached flyer). Please come out and support your competitors as they go to war and represent our gym!!

 

Also, our Halloween party this year will be on 10-25-14, at 6:30PM. Please bring your family and a small dish, and wear your costumes! Bounce house, margarita machine, and tons of other fun stuff as always!
