8 min AMRAP:

8 wallballs (14/10)

8 HR push-ups

rest 2 minutes

8 min AMRAP:

8 KB swings (53/35)

8 box jumps (24/20)

rest 2 minutes

8 minute AMRAP:

8 push press (65/45)

8 alt. lunges (unweighted)

 

This workout is programmed with light weight for a reason. I want you to move quickly, but stay efficient. DO NOT go heavier than programmed. Test your lungs, more than your raw strength in this one.
