Back Squat:

E2MOM for 10 minutes at 3 reps at 78%


Every 8 minutes, for 3 sets (24 minutes):

800m run

20 wallballs (20/14)

7  DB box step-overs (55/35)(20 inch box for all)


Coming into the Christmas season, it’s important to keep your eyes on the prize. Set a goal for the number of times a week you plan to attend the gym, and stick to it. Don’t piss away a years worth of hard work by missing the gym for a month. Your body and your future kids and grand kids will thank you later.
