3 DB push presses (55/35)
4 weighted sit-ups  (55/35)
5 stationary lunges
6 KB swings (53/35)
7 wallballs (20/14)
8 hr push-ups
9 ball slams
10 thrusters (135/95)
12 deadlifts (225/155)
It’s  that time again. I know some of you were gaming this week, thinking I would program this on Wednesday so you would come in and get your last workout in on Tuesday. Well, SURPRISE!! Christmas came early! This a repeat of last years 12 days of Christmas at Lifted, so if you were here last Christmas, look up your old time and beat the shit out of it! If you weren’t here you missed out, but lets get a solid time this year and build on it over the next 12 months. Enjoy!!
