10 min EMOM:

back squat x 2-3 reps (make your goal 3 reps, and if you miss the third rep on a set, drop down to 2)

We will begin the New Year establishing a new 1-rep max backsquat, as this ends our cycle. Get ready for some big PRs next week!


3 rounds for time:

12 power cleans (145/100)

31 burpees

14  roll the candle stick (if unable to perform, mod with abmat sit-up)
