It’s that TIME!!!!! You’ve all worked very hard over the past several weeks in this backsquat cycle. As promised, we are starting the New Year by finding a new 1-rep max backsquat. If you do not have one, then this is your opportunity to find one. Lets get some big PR’S!!!
