10 minutes to establish a 1RM strict press


EMOM for 27 minutes (9 sets):

Minute 1: 15 wallballs (20/14)

Minute 2: 8-10 toes to bar

Minute 3: 8 DB/KB box stepovers (55/35)(20 inch box-all)


DO NOT skip any sets. If you need to scale the reps or weight, then do that, but don’t stop working or skip any rounds.
