“Filthy 50”

50 box jumps (24/20)

50 jumping pull-ups

50 KB Swings (35/26)

50 lunges

50 knees to elbow

50 push press (45/35)

50 back extension (supermans)

50 wallballs (20/14)

50 burpees

50 double unders

30 minute cap


This will sort of a deload week for heavy barbell work.  Some of you have already registered for the CrossFit Games Open. If you have not, you should. It is a worldwide online testing ground that puts you against athletes all over the world. Athletes that register for the Open do not have to be competitors. The open costs 20 dollars and contains athletes of all different levels of skill and ability.

To register, go to games.crossfit.com and click on the register button. This is one of the easiest ways to gauge your fitness against the rest of the world and see where you stand.
