Skill: 5 min EMOM:

30 sec DU Practice/30 sec rest

5 min EMOM:

30-40 plank/20-30 sec rest


20 min EMOM:

ODD: 16 front rack lunges (75/55)

EVEN: 10 shoulder to overhead (75/55)

DO NOT exceed the posted load or rep scheme. You’re going to have plenty of opportunities to test yourselves soon enough.
