Skill: rope climbs/KB Cleans/thrusters

 

“Becca”

2 rounds:

2 rope climbs (6 planks)

2 Power clean Front Squat complexes (2 power cleans, 2 front squats per complex 155/115)

7  burpee doubles

then immediately into 5 rounds:

8 single arm KB Cleans each arm (8 left then 8 right) (53/35)

9 single arm KB thrusters each arm (8 left then 8 right)
