Eddie with his first RXd WOD!! Great job dude!


Option A:

Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 sets):

2-3 strict press at 85-88%

This is the last week of the cycle for the strict press. We will be testing new 1RMs soon. Get ready for some PRs!!

Option B:

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets):

6 strict presses (from the ground) at 65%

10 burpees OTB



15 min AMRAP:

Ladder Up:

KB Swings (53/35)

Goblet Squats

(1 of each, 2 of each, etc)

REMINDER: There is no class this Saturday dur to the “Run for Russ” in Chino. If you haven’t signed up already, please do. We have a big group going out there already but it would be great to have more. 15 bucks for a timed 5k, a t-shirt and a pancake breakfast. Great deal.
