Teah crushing some goblet squats ^^

Skill: clean n jerk technique

 

“Grace”

30 clean and jerks (135/95)

 

rest 5 minutes then,

“Annie”

50-40-30-20-10

double unders

sit-ups

rest 5 minutes then,

run 1 mile

 

There will be a STRICT 10 minute cap on “Grace” and a strict 12 minute cap on “Annie.” If you do not finish within the cap, you will stop at the cap and rest 5 minutes. There will also be an 11 minute cap on the run.
