Skill: rope climbs

WOD:

400m run buy-in

then 4 rounds:

10 push presses (95/65)(135/95)

10 HR Push-ups

100m run (fence and back)

 

Cashout: 75 sit-ups

 

the 400m run is part of your time for this WOD. The clock stops once you complete your last run, then walk immediately to the grass and complete 75 sit-ups as a cash out, untimed.
