Competition classes every Monday Wednesday and Friday at 10am! These will be advanced classes with minimal instruction on basic movements. There will be specific instruction on advanced movements, WOD strategy in competition, preparation, as well as Olympic/power lifting technique work. These classes will also focus on both team and individual competition. All competitors are expected to work cohesively with eachother, and be able to take criticism and advice.
PLEASE only attend this class if you have a good working knowledge of standard CrossFit movements (Kipping pull-ups, rope climbs, double unders, rx weight, HSPU etc) as well as a decent basic working knowledge of the Olympic lifts. Do not attend this class if you are not serious about dedicating some time to competing.
If you do not feel confident in your abilities, but do wish to compete at some point, start working on your weaknesses so we can get you where you want to be!!
