Skill: Split Jerk

10 min EMOM:

1 push press, 1 push jerk, 1 split jerk at 75% of push press 1RM.


Athletes Choice:



30 power snatches for time (135/95)



30 clean and jerks for time (135/95)


both of these WODs are meant to be sprints and will have a strict 10 minute cap. If you cannot RX the workout, pick a weight that you can move through efficiently and with intensity.

Some BIG PRs on Karen from you XEndurance people! It makes a difference and any amount of decreased soreness is ALWAYS welcomed by us as CrossFit athletes. Definitely a supplement I would recommend to ANYONE.
