Skill/Strength: 10 minutes pistol* practice (scaled with boxes/med balls)


3 minutes: MAX EFFORT double unders (total reps)

rest 2 minutes,

10 minute AMRAP:

5 ball slams (20/14)

10 ALT. med ball lunges (20/14)

15 second plank hold (watch the clock, don’t cheat yourself)


CASHOUT: 10 minutes of mobility (on the grass, stretch what hurts)


*If you are already good at pistols, practice weighted pistols
