20 deadlifts (95/65)

20 power cleans

20 front rack lunges

rest 4 minutes

3 rounds for time:

100m farmer carry (55/35)

5 manmakers (55/35)


cashout (on your own): 10 minutes of stretching/mobility. PLEASE DO THIS.


RUNNING CLUB: The 6pm class Thursday (9/10) will run as scheduled. The Saturday class this week will be moved to Sunday at 10am, due to the competition. Come ready to work!
