When Coach is explaining the workout…


Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes:

back squat x 2-3 reps at 90%

then Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes:

back squat x 1 rep at 95%


18 min EMOM:

Minute 1: 10 DB Snatches (55/35)

Minute 2: 3 burpee box step over (55/35)+6 toes to bar

Minute 3: 10 Push presses (115/75)


This will be significantly more challenging than last week. The majority percentage of our community appears to me to be weak overhead. Be on the lookout for a new accessory movement next week that I believe will change all of that.
