Every 90 seconds, for 5 sets:

Overhead Squat x 3 reps

Attempt to increase by 10-15#s from last week, as long as the technique is solid and depth Is good.


Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets):

200m run

20 KB Swings (53/35)


2 sets, on your own:

1250m row at 85% -2 seconds (2 seconds faster than last week)

rest 2 minutes
