Skill: power snatch

8 minute EMOM:

3 TNG power snatches (75/55)

This is a TECHNIQUE EMOM. DO NOT go heavier than the designated weights. This is not designed for you to lift heavy, it is designed for you to get comfortable with touch-n-go technique in the power snatch. You may go lighter if you need to, but DO NOT go heavier!!


WOD: 5 rounds for time:

7 TNG power snatches (95/65)

50 double unders
