7 ball slams (20/14) (40/30)

6 mountain climbers

3 front squats (135/95)(155/115)

8 sit-ups

I take great pride in the fact that Frances is here, because she took ALOT of convincing. But just like I told her, once she was here for a couple weeks, I knew she’d be hooked! Happy Birthday Frances, now stop skipping monday and get in here and workout!! (Her birthday is actually the 28th, but we are doing it a day early because of the release of 14.5 friday).
