rest 5 minutes then,

5 min AMRAP/LADDER:

5 wallballs (20/14)

5 HR Pushups

10, 10, 15 ,15 etc.

rest 5 minutes then,

3 rounds for time:

30 wallball. (20/14)

15 HR Push-ups
