*200m run after each round (EXAMPLE: 21, 21, 21 200m run, etc)

 

Cashout: Strench on your own for 5-10 minutes (use the grass)

 

COMPETITORS:

A)Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1 (heaviest single possible)

B)15-20 minutes to work to heaviest CNJ

C) For max reps:

2 minutes ground to overhead (205/135)

2 min rest

2 minutes ground to overhead (185/125)

2 min rest

2 minutes ground to overhead (165/115)

2 min rest

D) two sets for two separate times:

500m row

rest 90 seconds
